Delivery & Return
We design and hand-make every product in our London studio. All made-to-orders require around 2-3 weeks before our despatch.
After placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. You will also receive another email confirming an estimated despatching date within one working day of placing an order.
Please kindly note that depending on our workload, we may need more time to finish your products.
UK mainland delivery
All UK orders will take up to 1-3 working day(s) for delivery and will be shipped via either Royal Mail or DHL.
All leather goods
USA mainland delivery
Delivery to the USA will take 1-5 working days and will be shipped via either Royal Mail (UK national postal service) or DHL.

Delivery to non-mainland areas
Please kindly note that additional surcharges may apply depending on shipping destinations. If this is the case, we may contact and request you to pay for extra shipping costs.
In the event of your order required for customs clearance, please kindly note that you are responsible for clearing the customs and import taxes.
returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with your products. If, however, this isn’t the case, please contact us within 14 days of your receiving orders.
To be eligible for a return,
- Please email us for a return within 7 days of your receiving order. We will send you returns instructions by email.
- Please send your item back to us within 14 days of your receiving returns instructions from us.
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The products must be packaged in original packaging materials.
- Please include the order confirmation numbers and your name with your returned item. (Failure to include order information may result in delay or ineligibility for the return.)
Please kindly note that you are responsible for covering returning postage unless items are faulty. We’d like to encourage you using recorded delivery methods to protect the product. In case of items being damaged or lost, please retain the proof of postage from the post office so you can claim the loss.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept customised or personalised products as they are solely made for you.
We do not accept returns on sale or sample sale items.
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges.
Please also kindly note that it is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and receive your parcel. If, for any reasons, the items are returned because it was not possible to be delivered to your shipping address, we reserve the right to re-send your order upon receiving additional shipping costs. You will receive a partial refunds, i.e., item price excluding the original shipping costs, on the returned goods if you fail to receive your order. Delivery address can only be changed before our despatch.
Although it’s very rare, if you items are damaged during transit,
- Please take a couple of clear photos of the damages including the box, product and any packaging materials, as soon as you receive the parcel.
- Please send us an email and describe the damages to your order.
The above details will be used for evidence of the damages to the order.
Please do kindly note that items returned without care will be subject to our loss of property and may result in disqualifying for the refunds. We reserve the right to recover products and packaging materials regardless of their delivered status. If this isn't possible, please email us in detail.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for the refunds, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment methods. Depending on your payment methods, it may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card (or PayPal) statement due to their processing times.
